Returns & Refunds

If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@luxdecor.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Pack the item in its original box and drop it at any UPS location.
4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
• Defective items and shipping damage: 100% covered — no questions, no return label fees.
